CONSULTATION / SITE MEETING
After initial contact with the client, project manager or architect, we begin with a site meeting to discuss the key objectives, preferences and budget. After this we would prepare a concept with indications of costs for client review.

DESIGN
Upon approval of the concept design and once a design contract has been signed, we would finalize the design to ensure that the proposals are a fit to the vision, objectives, stylistic preferences and lifestyle of the client.
ESTIMATING
Our estimating team would give a detailed item-by-item catalogue and cost estimate of the Landscape Design, reviewing it as necessary. Once in-house checks are complete, the estimate would be submitted for final consideration.

CONTRACT
If our proposal is accepted, we will present a construction contract or in the event of our being sub-contractors, we would enter a construction contract with the client or main contractor.
CONSTRUCTION
At the start of construction, a project / contract officer is assigned to the job based on location, complexity and project type. They will work on the job for the duration of the project to guarantee consistency.A work programme will be prepared and weekly reports presented. We would also have regular meetings with the Client or Architect / Project Manager to ensure good flow of communication. At the end of the job, the client or architect conducts a final walk through and signs off the job.

CLOSEOUT
Upon completion of our post- completion maintenance, we would provide the client a close out manual. This includes Landscape As-Built Drawings, an Irrigation Zone Plan, maintenance manual, and other items for reference in the future.
